01Accounts and login
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. Aimme supports email and Google sign-in. If you use Aimme on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service and upload or process recruiting data for that organization.
02Service scope
Aimme provides recruiting missions, bulk resume processing, talent pools, team candidate sources, candidate matching, communication workflows, interview scheduling, interview evaluation, recruiting reviews, subscriptions, and team settings. Available capabilities may vary across Free, Plus, and Pro plans.
03User and candidate data
You retain lawful rights to the roles, resumes, candidate profiles, communication records, and interview materials you upload. You grant Aimme the processing rights needed to provide the service.
You agree to upload and process only data you are authorized to use and to comply with applicable privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, data-protection, and recruiting laws.
04AI output and hiring decisions
Match scores, recommendation reasons, risk flags, outreach drafts, interview evaluations, and reports are recruiting assistance. Aimme does not replace recruiters, hiring managers, or organizations in making final hiring, rejection, compensation, or compliance decisions. You should review important information manually.
05Subscriptions and payment
Plus and Pro subscriptions may be processed through Stripe for payment, renewal, and billing-portal management. Actual pricing, taxes, renewal periods, cancellation rules, and plan limits are shown during checkout and in the billing portal. Except where required by law or separately agreed in writing by Aimme, subscription charges already incurred are generally not automatically refundable.
06Acceptable use
You may not use Aimme to:
- Post false jobs or misrepresent recruiting opportunities.
- Violate candidate rights or applicable privacy, employment, or anti-discrimination laws.
- Conduct discriminatory screening or use AI output as the sole basis for an employment decision.
- Bypass security controls, access data without authorization, or scrape protected information.
- Upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate applicable law.
07Intellectual property
Aimme branding, interface, software, algorithms, templates, and documentation belong to Aimme or its licensors. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use Aimme services or brand assets without authorization.
08Service changes and termination
We may update features for product, security, compliance, or business reasons. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for abuse, illegal activity, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
09Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable and useful, but we do not guarantee that AI output is error-free and are not responsible for employment outcomes based on user decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimme is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
