Aimme provides recruiting missions, bulk resume processing, candidate matching, talent pools, communication workflows, interview scheduling, interview evaluation, and recruiting review tools. This policy applies to the Aimme website, application, and related services.
01Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following information:
- Account data, including email address, name, avatar, company or team name, login state, language preference, and subscription status.
- Recruiting mission data, including role title, company context, job description, city, compensation range, role profile, and next actions.
- Candidate and resume data, including resume files, names, contact details, work history, skills, sources, uploader, owner, tags, notes, match history, and communication state.
- Team collaboration data, including members, roles, permissions, candidate ownership, contact visibility, and collaboration records.
- Communication and interview data, including outreach drafts, candidate replies, schedules, interview records, uploaded materials, evaluations, and interviewer feedback.
- Technical data, including device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, local-storage identifiers, and diagnostics.
02Google user data and OAuth
If you sign in with Google, Aimme receives basic Google account information such as your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and avatar. We use this information only to authenticate you, protect account security, personalize the service, and provide account support.
If you authorize access to Google Workspace, Gmail, or Google Calendar data for a product feature, Aimme uses that data only to provide the user-facing feature you requested. Examples include importing or organizing recruiting email, resume attachments, and candidate information; checking calendar availability; creating interview invitations; and saving Google Meet links. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell Google user data, or use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Aimme’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
03How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve Aimme, including to:
- Generate recruiting missions, role profiles, candidate matches, recommendation reasons, risk flags, and next-step suggestions.
- Help teams process resumes, review candidate queues, and manage personal and team talent sources.
- Assist with outreach drafts, interview scheduling, structured interview evaluation, and recruiting reviews.
- Maintain accounts, subscriptions, team permissions, usage limits, and product security.
- Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and improve product quality.
04AI processing and human decisions
Aimme may use AI models to process role, resume, communication, and interview materials to generate recruiting assistance. AI output is for team review and is not an automated hiring, rejection, compensation, or employment decision. Users and their organizations remain responsible for final recruiting judgment, candidate communication, compliance review, and employment decisions.
05Third-party services
We may use Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for subscriptions and billing, cloud-hosting providers for infrastructure, AI service providers for requested AI features, and logging or diagnostic services for reliability and security. These providers process information only as needed to support the relevant service.
06Sharing and permissions
We do not sell personal information. Recruiting and candidate data is isolated by account, team, candidate ownership, and permission settings. When you enable team talent sources, invite members, share candidates, or change contact visibility, authorized team members may access related data within the configured permissions.
07Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy security, billing, and compliance requirements. You may request deletion, export, or correction through product settings or by contacting us. Account deletion may permanently remove roles, candidates, match results, interviews, and reports. Team-shared data may require separate handling based on organizational permissions and legal requirements.
08Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, permission isolation, logging, and least-privilege practices to protect information. Protect your credentials and upload or process candidate and third-party sensitive information only when you are authorized to do so.
09Your rights and contact information
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information and may adjust team permissions and candidate contact visibility. We respond to lawful requests within a reasonable time.
